Bookings

All Services (ex. Waxing, Semi-Permanent & Lamination) bookings require a deposit

NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that is required at time of booking to secure appointment

This deposit IS transferable to reschedule your appointment so long as I am given a min. of 24 hr notice before scheduled appointment.

This deposit is NOT transferable to another person. If you choose to cancel your appointment at any given time, the deposit is forfeited!
Payment/Pricing

Cash, Debit and all major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MC, Amex).

Unfortunately, debit cards and email money transfers are not accepted at this time.

3% fee is applied to credit card use

Re-Scheduling
-
Clients MUST provide at least a 24 hours notice to reschedule their appointment.

In order to change the date/time of appointment please follow instruction that can be found in your confirmation email.
Cancellations

We request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations however the deposit is non-refundable.
Late/No Show
-
Please arrive on time! Specially if you are driving from a far distance. Always allow yourself more than enough time.

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible.

Clients who arrive over 15 mins late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment.
Permanent Makeup is NOT recommended for clients who are or have any of the following:

Pregnant of nursing

Diabetic
-
Epilepsy
-
Undergoing Chemotherapy (consult your doctor-must provide doctor note)

Had an Organ Transplant
-
Viral Infection and/or Diseases
-
A pace maker or major heart problems
-
Sick (cold, flu, etc.)

Had Botox in the past 2 months
-
Used Accutane in the past year
-
Skin irritations near treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
